22 September 2005 the Federal Agency for Physical Culture and Sport accredited national Russian Federation of Motorcyclists.
In accordance with Clause 4, St.8 the Federal Law on Sport in the Russian Federation «Championships, Championship, Cup and other official sport of Russian Federation, as well as international sporting events in the Russian Federation, the arrangements for the participation of in international sports competitions and the participation of the Russian national teams in different sports, under a single schedule sports - recreational and sporting activities, have the right to conduct nationwide federations (unions, associations) for various sports, accredited by the federal executive authority in the field Physical Culture and Sport and the Olympic Committee of Russia ».
