On the threshold of the new motorcycling season, on March 22-25 the Fourth International Motobike Show 2007 took place at Expocentr in the Krasnaya Presnya, presenting all the latest models of scooters, all-terrain motorbikes, various equipment, accessories, motorbike care products, spare parts and customising innovations.
Visitors were able to see the best Russian and International motorbike brands including Ducati, Yamaha, Honda, MV Agusta, Suzuki, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Buell, Jawa, Urals, IZH, etc.
Autoport group of companies presented five 2007 models by BMW: G650X Challenge and Moto, K1200R Sport, R1200 and F800ST, etc.
In Aoyama Motors pavilion visitors could find the latest motorbike models by Honda. The two hits of the show were 600 cm3 motorbikes: the latest CBR 600 RR7 sports model and the CB 600 RR7 sports model and the CB 600 Hornet FA streetfighter.
Exhibits also included the new VT 750 DC Shadow Spirit chopper and the latest version of the city bike CBF 1000 A7.
One of the Motorbike 2007 events was the annual Russian Bike of the Year competition featuring the most beautiful and unusual motorbikes made in Russia and abroad. Out of the 18 participating machines the expert jury and the public selected the following winners.
1st place: The First, Moto Art Design Studio
2nd place: Dandy, Motocentre
3rd place: Dexter, Yegorov & Co Workshop
